Co-Chair  von Imhof  informed that  the committee  had heard                                                                    
the  bill,  received  public  testimony,  and  reviewed  the                                                                    
fiscal note  on March  8, 2019. Her  office had  received no                                                                    
amendments and had heard of no concerns.

individual  recommendations  and   the  accompanying  fiscal
